Creating multiple accounts — including accounts in another person's name or using different payment methods to circumvent this rule — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, dk333 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate any balances including winnings derived from duplicate account activity.
Geographic Restrictions

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and payment method details. This information must be accurate and match the documentation you will be required to submit during the KYC verification process. Your mobile number is used for account security and must be one that you personally control.
KYC Verification
Before processing any withdrawal request, dk333 requires all accounts to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process requires you to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport) and, in some cases, proof of your payment method. KYC documents must be submitted through your account settings. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
Account Security Responsibility

Transactions that cannot be verified may be held or reversed.
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit at dk333 is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your gaming balance instantly upon confirmation. dk333 supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The payment method used for a deposit must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in immediate account review.
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal at dk333 is ৳500. dk333 does not charge a processing fee on withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. KYC-verified accounts receive priority processing and typically receive funds within minutes of a withdrawal request being approved. Unverified accounts may experience processing delays of up to 72 hours. dk333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
Anti-Money Laundering
dk333 is committed to preventing money laundering and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities as required. Players must not use the dk333 platform for the purpose of laundering money or financing any illegal activity. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and all funds in the account will be frozen until the matter is resolved.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

In the event of any conflict between general Terms and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail for that offer.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by dk333 are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times in eligible games before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus; uncompleted rollovers expire along with the bonus.
Bonus Eligibility

Responsible Gaming Policy

Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. dk333 provides the following tools and resources to assist players who wish to control or limit their gambling activity.
Player Controls

Fraudulent Activity
Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your dk333 account is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any form of payment fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorised card use, or identity fraud, will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to the relevant financial and law enforcement authorities.
Collusion & Match Fixing
Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, participating in any form of match-fixing in relation to sports events offered on the dk333 sportsbook, or using inside information to gain an unfair betting advantage are all strictly prohibited. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any dk333 trademark, trade name, service mark, or other proprietary designation.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the dk333 platform or its content without express written permission from dk333. Unauthorised use of dk333 content, trademarks, or proprietary materials may result in legal action. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to dk333 regarding the platform may be used by dk333 without compensation or attribution.

Limitation of Liability
